A friend called me 10 years ago and said “You gotta listen to this new band Ghost. They sound so much like Blue Öyster Cult. Just do it”. Then he hung up the phone and I listened..and I loved what I heard.
It’s just that I can’t understand why they can’t admit that BÖC must have been a huge influence. It’s like Airbourne should say they never really listened to AC/DC or that Rival Sons never heard of a band called Led Zeppelin. But the song is made with love to the music and with a big twinkle in our eyes. Hope you like it!”
