Los Angeles singer-songwriter Tracy Bryant returns with his most transformative work to date, announcing his new album The Well, out May 22, 2026 via Taxi Gauche Records.
Leading the release is album opener “Cold Floor” — a powerful first glimpse into Bryant’s evolving sound, marking a bold shift from guitar-driven indie rock to piano-led songwriting. Beneath its breezy, motorik groove and California cool lies a deeply emotional core, exploring loss, farewell, and mortality.
Produced by Joo-Joo Ashworth and mastered by Dave Cooley, the track blends melancholic lyricism with hypnotic rhythm, placing Bryant alongside artists like Jon McKiel and Cass McCombs, while maintaining a distinct, darker melodic identity.
