Progressive, heavy rock band from Cyprus – Stonus on March 6, 2026, delighted us again with another single ahead of the release of their album. “Berlin” is the third single, which will serve as the opening one for the album “Space to Dive”.
What does the band itself say about this:
“Berlin” questions morality in a corrupted society where laws are often created by those who transgress them. As walls are built to define right and wrong, the song suggests that the only true common ground may exist in the space in between”.
Stonus truly took a very thorough approach to releasing their singles and showed us every facet of their creativity, fully revealing the mood and ideas of the upcoming album.
“Berlin’s”
sound is appealing due to weight, groove, and atmosphere helping the listeners sink into that groove and let the sound carry them. Its immersive, powerful and meditative.
On March 17th, the band begins a European tour, during which they will visit several cities in Germany, Austria, Hungary, and this is just the beginning!
It’s a joy to witness the creative achievements of local Cypriot bands. Because the presentation, design, and work on the new music by the band are simply superb!

are a Cypriot heavy rock band blending heavy grooves with progressive and introspective elements. Their
upcoming conceptual album Space to Dive explores inner consciousness, intuition, and self-transformation through
immersive soundscapes and contrasting dynamics. Recorded with Johnny S.A (former 1000mods) and mastered by
legendary engineer Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, QOTSA, Metallica, Kyuss, Deftones), the album marks a defining step in
the band’s artistic evolution.
This album is a transcendental journey into the space within – an esoteric dive aimed
at redefining identity through intuition, sound, and self-exploration.
Album Concept
Space to Dive challenged us to move beyond comfort, allowing instinct and vulnerability to guide the songwriting.
The result is a more personal and intuitive expression, where each track reflects fragments of introspection, transformation, and awakening.
Despite the challenges of being spread across three countries whilst touring and working
simultaneously, the realisation of this concept proved essential to us.
Inspired by the torus field, the visual representation of sound, energy, and atomic vibration, the record explores the continuous flow between the inner self and the universe.
To us, this space represents infinite potential: a meeting point between consciousness, creation, and what could be perceived as the face of God.
Space to Dive stands as both a personal reckoning and a universal exploration – an invitation to dive inwards in order to better understand the whole.
