ABOUT PROMETHEUS FLAME
Prometheus Flame
was formed in 2017 in Athens (George Sofianos composer, lyricist and vocals, Nick Von Karma programming and live keyboards) and after completing our first demos, we signed almost immediately to Digital World Audio (DWA). The production of the album has been made by Dimitris Douvras (Iambia, Siva Six etc).
In September 2019 our debut album “Karma Reloaded” was released by DWA in digital and cd version. In February 2020 the album entered the German Poponaut Charts reaching the no 5 while it remained in the top 10 for several weeks. It has also been extensively played in renowned “Communion After Dark” webcast in the US and has been selected as their pick of the month in January 2020.
In September 2020 the single “Magic Spell(s)” was released in digital, cd, and vinyl format comprising remixes of bands such as Massive Ego and Rotersand. In January of 2021 a video clip of “Magic Spell” was released as well. In 2022, “Magic Spell” was included in the compilation “Slava Ukraini’ Vol 1”, https://samplerforukraine.bandcamp.com/, amongst many other artists of our scene.
Prometheus Flame sound is electro goth (due to the gothic vocals and deep lyrics), with elements of future pop and dark electro. Prometheus Flame has completed their second album which is to be released early 2026.
