London-based industrial-electronic outfit Pink Panther Project slithers onto the scene with their debut album “Intoxicating Embrace“, scheduled to be released on 16 September 2024 via Marian Whores and The Circle Music.

The first single, “Morticia Addams“, promises to become a gothic dancefloor-igniting anthem inspired by the iconic Addams Family character. This upbeat, German-language track pulsates with electro and industrial influences, certain to become a goth club staple.

Pink Panther Project

was born in 2023 and is based in London. The band recorded the first single “Intoxicating Embrace” which seemed like a great starting point and within a year the album of the same name was born.

Uela said: “The basic concept was to create something fun and new, special. We wanted to make a varied record, with danceable and melodic songs, a little crazy if you like, and we succeeded.”

“The name Pink Panther Project recalls the world of cartoons perhaps but it’s a coincidence, a joke, in reality pink is a colour very dear to me and I certainly feel like a panther or an eagle, some don’t find it dark enough, but we are not “dark enough”.

And Uela’s voice

fully reflects the band’s directives and expectations. A fundamental meeting between her lyrics, her interpretation, with the swirling omnipresent presence of the music. A union between northern EBM, industrial and a mixture of dance music, illness and pop.

“Intoxicating Embrace”

is a very dynamic album that approaches the EBM scene in a very overbearing way. With this debut, Pink Panther Project assembles different ideas with several tracks promising to be a hit in clubs, one after the other, characterized by Uela’s sweet and mischievous voice and a pace of breathtaking electronic ballads, with serious and playful lyrics and accurate experimental research. Pink Panther Project is very original in sound, however, influences are different: Underworld, Front 242 and VNV Nation. Very robust, pressing sounds, carpets of bass-synth and broken modulators are an excellent cocktail.

The album will be released in 500 copies on a double CD with several bonus tracks!
