Την Πέμπτη 19 Ιουνίου οι ΚALEO έρχονται στο Δημοτικό Θέατρο Λυκαβηττού για μια ηλεκτρισμένη και συνάμα μαγευτική συναυλία μπροστά στο ελληνικό κοινό.
Το συγκρότημα που αγαπήθηκε όσο λίγα τα τελευταία χρόνια επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα χαρίζοντάς μας ακόμη μια αξέχαστη βραδιά, με όλα τα αγαπημένα τους hits.

Όπως ένα πλοίο στέκει αγέρωχο σε τρικυμιώδη θάλασσα, έτσι κι οι KALEO πλοηγούνται με μαεστρία στα άκρα της ζωής μέσα από τη μουσική τους.

Προερχόμενοι από το Ρέικιαβικ, οι KALEO—JJ Julius Son [φωνή, κιθάρα, πιάνο], Rubin Pollock [κιθάρες], Daniel Kristjansson [μπάσο] και David Antonsson [τύμπανα]—ήρθαν στο προσκήνιο της παγκόσμιας μουσικής σκηνής το 2016 με το άλμπουμ A/B που έλαβε χρυσή πιστοποίηση.

Το άλμπουμ ανέβηκε σε δημοτικότητα χάρη σε επιτυχίες όπως το διπλό πλατινένιο Way Down We Go, το χρυσό All The Pretty Girls και το No Good, το οποίο τους χάρισε υποψηφιότητα για το GRAMMY® στην κατηγορία «Καλύτερη Ροκ Ερμηνεία».
Διατήρησαν αυτή την ορμή με το Surface Sounds (2021), το οποίο κατέγραψε την είσοδό του στο Top 6 του AAA με τα I Want More και Break My Baby.

Η μουσική τους διαδόθηκε στην ποπ κουλτούρα μέσω δεκάδων συμμετοχών σε ταινίες και σειρές, όπως οι ταινίες της Marvel LOGAN και δημοφιλείς σειρές όπως το Grey’s Anatomy και το Riverdale.

Επιπλέον, οι KALEO έκαναν το αποτύπωμά τους με εμφανίσεις στα Late Night with Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Good Morning America και πολλά άλλα. Πέρα από τις sold-out περιοδείες τους σε πολλές ηπείρους, έχουν εδραιώσει τη φήμη τους ως μια ασταμάτητη ζωντανή μπάντα που μπορεί να σταθεί δίπλα στους Rolling Stones ή να ανάψει το πλήθος σε μεγάλα φεστιβάλ όπως τα Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo και άλλα. Μέχρι σήμερα, έχουν ξεπεράσει τα 4 δισεκατομμύρια streams παγκοσμίως και έχουν κερδίσει 60 διεθνείς διαπιστεύσεις.

Όπως πάντα, η μπάντα καλύπτει ένα ευρύ φάσμα ήχου και συναισθημάτων, κάτι που εκφράζεται στο τελευταίο τους single, Lonely Cowboy (2024), όπου η ευαίσθητη κιθάρα συνοδεύει κινηματογραφικούς στίχους. Οι KALEO παρουσίασαν το τραγούδι για πρώτη φορά μπροστά σε ένα κατάμεστο κοινό στο Grand Ole Opry το 2022 και πρόσφατα παρουσίασαν μια συγκλονιστική εκτέλεση του τραγουδιού στο παγκοσμίως διάσημο Κολοσσαίο της Ρώμης. Μουσικά, το κομμάτι αποτελεί έναν ξεχωριστό φόρο τιμής στον Ennio Morricone.

Οι KALEO

θα συνεχίσουν να κυκλοφορούν νέα μουσική και να περιοδεύουν παγκοσμίως, ξεκινώντας από τον Ιούνιο.

Τώρα, οι KALEO είναι ενθουσιασμένοι να ανακοινώσουν την κυκλοφορία του πολυαναμενόμενου νέου τους άλμπουμ, Mixed Emotions, το οποίο θα είναι διαθέσιμο στις 9 Μαΐου 2025.

Αυτό το άλμπουμ υπόσχεται να συνεχίσει την κληρονομιά τους συνδυάζοντας διάφορες μουσικές επιρροές, συνδυάζοντας το αυθεντικό συναίσθημα με απαράμιλλη μουσική δεξιοτεχνία. Το Mixed Emotions αναμένεται να αποτελέσει ένα ακόμα ορόσημο στην μουσική τους πορεία, με μια συλλογή τραγουδιών που αποτυπώνουν τον μοναδικό ήχο και βάθος της μπάντας.

Με την κυκλοφορία του νέου άλμπουμ να πλησιάζει, οι KALEO θα φέρουν τους φρέσκους ήχους τους και την ακαταμάχητη ενέργειά τους στην Αθήνα.
Την Πέμπτη, 19 Ιουνίου, στο Δημοτικό Θέατρο Λυκαβηττού στην πόλη της Αθήνας, η μπάντα θα φιλοξενήσει μια μαγευτική βραδιά κάτω από τον αστερόφωτο αθηναϊκό ουρανό, δίνοντας το έναυσμα για μια rock n roll εποποιία.

The band, beloved like few others in recent years, returns to Greece to deliver yet another unforgettable night filled with all their greatest hits.

Akin to steadying a ship on rough seas, KALEO deftly navigates life’s extremes via music.
Emerging out of Reykjavík, KALEO—JJ Julius Son [vocals, guitar, piano], Rubin Pollock [lead guitar], Daniel Kristjansson [bass], and David Antonsson [drums] —buzzed to the forefront of the global conversation with the platinum-certified A/B in 2016.
